Switch screens from the sidebar. Nightly is for each day's cash-up and its End of Night report. End of Week is the weekly wrap and report. Revenue Trend gives you the 8-week picture.
Up the top you'll see the week you're on. A fresh board opens on Week 1 of FY27 — work forwards from there, filling each week as you go. Once weeks are saved, it reopens on your most recent one.
Do the cash-up each night while it's fresh — the weekly numbers and both reports build straight off it.
Once the day's in, use the report buttons to Open the End of Night report, Download it as a PDF, or copy an Email summary to send. It pulls tonight's revenue, labour, week-to-date, top sellers and your commentary into the branded report.
Log every petty spend as it happens on the nightly cash-up. Scroll to Petty Cash — this night, fill in the voucher — trading date, generated by, business name, GL code (from the dropdown), item, GST type/amount, total and approved by — then hit Add petty cash entry. The trading date defaults to that night, and GST auto-fills at 1/11 of the total when the type is “GST”.
Each entry adds to the running total, and the Petty cash line in the safe count shows how much is out and still outstanding. When you refill the tin, hit Reimburse … from banking — that deducts the outstanding amount from the night’s expected cash and stamps the cash-variance note to restore the float, and marks those entries as reimbursed.
The Petty Cash tab in the sidebar is the full ledger across every night: set a date range, tick off Reimbursed as you pay them back, and Export CSV for the books.
The Banking tab lists every bank bag from the nightly cash-ups in one place. The bags come straight from the bankings you record each night on the cash-up — nothing extra to key in here.
Set the date range to cover the drop, tick each bag as it’s banked (it stamps the date), and the totals up top show banked vs not-yet-banked. Export CSV gives you the lot — date, bag #, amount and banked status — for reconciling against the bank statement.
Leave the date range wide to catch bags or vouchers from earlier weeks that haven’t been cleared yet — check-offs write straight back to that week’s record.
Enter the weekly forecast so the board can show variances (the "vs FC" columns). Without one the actuals still show — they just won't have a forecast to compare to.
The buttons at the top of the End of Week page Open the report, Download PDF, or grab an Email summary. The report includes an 8-week trend chart that fills out as weeks are entered, plus revenue, labour, the area split, KPIs and margins against forecast and the FY27 budget.
Everything saves automatically to this browser on this computer. To back it up or move to another machine, use Export data at the bottom of the sidebar to save a file, then Import data on the other machine to load it back.
Because it lives in the browser, clearing site data or switching browser/computer starts fresh — keep an occasional export as a backup.
